"QWNN" : Quad With No Name - Micro Quad frame and canopy
thingiverse
This is a versatile micro quad frame that can be printed with common filaments, including PLA and TPU, and flies incredibly well! It's designed around the popular AIO boards, as well as 1102 or 1103 motors, for which there are STL files available. Cameras that will fit include the AIO types, along with the Caddx Firefly. The frame features an internal structure to increase its rigidity, but it's not indestructible - printing it in a carbon nylon material would likely make it even more awesome, but I'm happy with the PLA version. The TPU motor pads and wire covers keep the wiring neat and add a touch of class. Depending on your motor screw length, they may be necessary to prevent screws from touching motor windings - be sure to check! If you use connectors instead of direct-soldering the motor wires to the FC, you'll need additional spacers above the FC grommets for the canopy to clear the motor connectors. To assemble the quad, you'll need four M2 nylon screws about 15mm in length to mount the FC and canopy, along with three M2 nuts. The battery is mounted using a TPU strap that can be melted to create a snug fit for your battery packs - it has some stretch like a rubber band. I've added a new version of the 1102 motor frame with stronger motor pads to prevent them from breaking off during crashes, and also included versions for 16x16 stack and 4-hole (11xx) motors.
