QVC Table-Mate Leg Plug

I'd like to order a new table leg from you for my QVC Table-Mate table today. The design I'm having printed in PLA plastic has layers that are 0.25 millimeters thick, and it's going to have an infill of ten percent to give it just the right amount of structure and strength. To start off, I'll need to decide on some print settings - will this model require rafts, or will they be completely unnecessary? And what about supports - do we need any for this particular design? Finally, let me clarify that the two layer heights are both going to be used: one at 0.25 millimeters and another at 0.2 millimeters.
