Updated on December 12th, 2018! Introducing a new version of 3ds Max with the 2016 release. The rig in 3ds Max differs from that of Blender. Description for 3ds Max 2016: This model features a Quran rigged in 3ds Max 2016. No animation is included, nor is it low-poly. It includes a cover, two turns, and five individual pages. The Quran opens on the right side as per its traditional design. The model is suitable for creating animations. The Quran with built-in animation was created in Blender. The tool has an automatic book-opening animation feature, along with a manual mode that switches to the N-panel. There's also a scene set up for animation, lighting, and materials. There are six files included: 1. Quran model in Blender 2. Demo scene in Blender (cycles) 3. FBX file with an animation of the book opening 4. Unity package 5. Quran model in 3ds Max 2016 (rig) 6. Quran model in 3ds Max 2016 (Quran animation.max - Model with animation but no rig) Textures include: - quran_cover.png (2048x2048) - quran_cover_mask.png (2048x2048) - l1.png and l2.png (pages) (1536x2205) - Surface texture (2400x1800) Note: In the demo scene, the model is simplified, manual mode isn't included, and the full version can be found in the main file. Blender Version 2.79 was used.
