QuinLED - Dig-Uno Enclosure for WLED
prusaprinters
I wanted a nice enclosure for my QuinLED Dig Uno board and quickly put this together. Still a work in progress but it should all work! Variety of ventilation covers included (and one with no vents so you can make your own).Features:Plenty of room for airflow and extra activities such as MicrophonesVariety of ventilated lids for the style of your choice (also allows you to see the status LEDsIntegrated standoffs sized to be compatible with the M2 screws that ship with the official acrylic case.Cable-tie holes for strain relief.Lid mechanism can be secured with M3 machine screws between 5mm and 24mm long.Printing:The case will print fine with most settings, but I recommend using more perimeters to give your heat-set inserts more to grab on to. I personally chose 4 walls. No supports should be necessary if you are printing in the supplied orientation. However, I recommend enabling “external perimeters if needed” and “extra perimeters on overhangs” in PrusaSlicer as this reduces extra cruft in the holes on the lid.
