That's why I decided to share my experience with the ancient practice that still thrives today among various indigenous groups worldwide. As a non-native person, I attended several ceremonies and felt truly welcomed. It was an incredibly fascinating experience that left me in awe. The sweat lodge is often referred to as the "mother's womb," where one can find the purest place for healing. Once you're born, you're exposed to the world's pain and suffering. In contrast, the lodge shields you from the world, plunging you into complete darkness, much like the beginning of life. It was an immersive meditation experience that I'll never forget.
