This festive season, expect Christmas cards from your family showcasing wintery backdrops or holiday snaps highlighting kids' growth. Our family, however, is going the extra mile with 3D cards/ornaments featuring us in front of our decorated tree. The process involved scanning ourselves and the tree separately using ReconstructMe, followed by Maya for scene building. For printing, we used supports at a .18 layer height to ensure intricate details.
