I recently purchased a Quiet Spindle 600 Watt 55mm to upgrade my CNC Bertha 3. However, the spindle holder was specifically designed for a Makita Router, which has a larger footprint. To resolve this issue, I decided to create an adapter that would allow me to use the Quiet Spindle with my CNC machine. This custom-made adapter can be used on any CNC machine that meets the specified dimensions. The outside diameter of the adapter is 65 MM, while the inside diameter is a precise 55 MM.
