Quiet Non-Squeaky Filament Guide with Bowden Tubing for Ender 3

Quiet Non-Squeaky Filament Guide with Bowden Tubing for Ender 3

thingiverse

This is a quiet non-squeaky Filament Guide for the Ender 3 because we utilize PTFE Bowden tubing to guide the filament with ease, resulting in complete silence. You should have some extra PTFE Bowden tubing on hand. This setup also enables effortless filament insertion and pre-alignment into the extruder. No more misalignment issues or complicated prints requiring bearings or additional parts. The absence of filament guide friction and squeaking during retraction eliminates noisy sounds, ensuring high-quality prints. This universal design allows for flexibility in hanging your filament anywhere - top, side, or elsewhere. Simply insert a little extra Bowden tubing into the guide. You can even use a long piece of PTFE Bowden tubing to guide filament from your storage boxes. Remember to avoid over-tightening the Z-axis assembly. Leave it loose to prevent the Z-axis from getting stuck. This is not a design flaw, but rather a standard specification for Z-axis screws.
