I stumbled upon this awesome holder online, and immediately thought of my wife, who's a huge Harry Potter enthusiast. I wanted it to be even more rounded, so I decided to model the design myself. A 1/4" dowel came in handy for holding up the rings, while some spray paint added a nice finishing touch to the entire project.
