Saw [this](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3319733) holder and thought it would be a great idea for my wife as she is a Harry Potter fan. I preferred it to be more rounded so modeled the design myself. I used a 1/4" dowel to hold the rings up and had some spray paint to paint the whole thing.
