Quicktool change probe mount (BL-Touch included)

I didn't really fancy the idea of having to buy multiple probes for multiple toolheads, so I added a railmount to the side of the Quicktool change base of PropperPrinting and mounted my BLTouch to it. This way it's permanent, can be disabled via software, is flexible, and the type of probe (if someone makes mounts for other probes) will fit just fine. The rail is on the right side, since on the left you usually have endstops, etc. If you want it on the other side, simply mirror the model. The mount needs to be screwed on and is height adjustable to some degree. If you need your BLTouch further down, just flip the mount (physically). I included a "blank rail" (step file) so you can add your own custom probe mount. Feel free to extend this. **Update 17.08.2019** Added version2 (v2), which has a longer rail, screw holes more in the middle, and a drop-in slot for the nut, so it won't pop out accidentally. This should also make modifying the height of the probe easier.
