QuickRelease for T500/T300 Steering Wheel base

I wasn't thrilled with the quality of Chinese QR codes for my simulator's steering wheel. A buddy showed me a design on YouTube (can't find the author now, sorry) so I decided to create one myself for my T500 universal adapter (the 70mm 6 holes standard). You'll need a saddle quick-release clamp of 34mm for the actual fit mechanism. I suggest printing the hub (the female part) in ABS for added strength and nearly 100% infill with a strong pattern (update: previously, I recommended 65% of infill, but that might be too low). The steering adapter (the male part) can be printed in PLA with similar infill if you like. Both parts fit snugly. Initial attempts will require some effort until the steering adapter wears on the edges. There's also a bit of vacuum effect when detaching the steering from the hub. Once the pieces are fitted, there's no wobble at all (although it's made of plastic, so it won't be as stiff as a metal piece obviously). I've been using it for about a month or so, and it works quite well to be honest, so I decided to share with the community. **UPDATE**: version 1.1 (22/01/2018) My first hub broke while I was playing, so I had to make some improvements. The new version has more material around the hexagon and uses a fillet for better stress handling on the base. The male part is thinner but hasn't shown any signs of weakness yet. I would also suggest using something with better layer adhesion than ABS like PETG. Or if you use ABS, make sure your settings allow the best layer adhesion possible.
