Quicko T12 LED portable soldering station STC
thingiverse
I'm making a small case for my Hakko T12 soldering station clone, specifically designed for the 8 segment version with a JST-XH connector on the back. My printer's current state is less than ideal, resulting in subpar print quality. Soldering the GX16-5 can be challenging due to its requirement of being soldered while the PCB is still inside the case. The rear screws are M2×8 with a 4mm diameter head. I recommend using supports for the lid as the counterbore holes for the screw heads are loose and may cause the slicer to print in mid-air if not adjusted properly. The rear DC connector is a standard 5.5×2.5 female jack. As always, STEP files are included for anyone who wants to make modifications, such as adding a switch on the rear or exploring other design options. There's ample space between the rear lid and the body to accommodate most switches.
