Quicko KSGER Hakko T12 Clone Soldering Station
thingiverse
Of all the good designs out there for Hakko T12 soldering iron clones I liked buildxyz the most and decided to use it as the basis for my station. I modified some of the basic designs and made things larger in order to accommodate a 120V to 24V DC converter inside. I also added a C14 power connection (as well as a on-off toggle on the back added later with hand tools). I'm pretty happy with the first pass of this and liked buildxyz's design because I intend on making this modular. By removing the top lid for example I'll rework this and allow for a removable soldering iron holder and so on. Future revisions I've already got planned are moving the power convertor rearward some as there is slight interference issues with the back of the T12-946 display. This is why I included some files called thicker to mode the mounts outward enough to clear things. I also intend on working the switch opening into the next version as well.
