Quick & Simple Picture Frame 6" by 4" 10x15 cm

I wanted a simple and quick to print frame for two recently printed photos that can be hung on the wall right away. This is a 6" by 4" (10x15 cm) design in two versions: one for two fotos with the same orientation, either vertical or horizontal, and another for photos with different orientations. To keep them securely in place, print the little crossbraces I designed (Rahmenhalter 10x15.stl). The dimensions entered into the slicer are 151mmx101mm, allowing you to print this with a bigger nozzle than 0.4mm. I successfully printed this with a 0.6mm nozzle and it worked flawlessly. This design is intended for a 0.2mm layer height, so you can print it either in 0.1mm or 0.2mm layer height. The hole for the nail is 4 mm in diameter and slightly chamfered to keep the frame securely on the nail. As long as both pictures weigh roughly the same, the hole will be right at the center of gravity. For the version that can accommodate vertical + horizontal orientations, you'll need a larger build volume since it exceeds 26cm in length. Have fun printing!
