Some quick prints to help align my 1/8-inch endmills for my Shapeoko 3's Makita router perfectly. You simply drop the endmill into the one with the desired height and then insert it into the collet. While I wouldn't call this method precise enough to set the Z height, it does a great job of providing accurate amounts of stickout and is much more convenient than other methods for inserting endmills. Don't try tightening it down fully with these - use your wrenches like normal after using them to snug it up! The files are labeled with the stickout height in inches, followed by the tool diameter in inches. So 0.7_125 represents a 0.7-inch stickout for a 0.125-inch (1/8-inch) endmill.
