Quick Semi-Disposable Clamp

I discovered that I could create my own toe clamps instead of ordering them. Using 0.75 x 1 6061 stock, I successfully produced six within a few hours. They are effective and a cost-saving measure; accidentally chipping one won't cost $30. To assist others, I've provided CAD files, G-code, and machining notes. The only requirement is the included DXF for tool path creation. The top roller was manually milled and drilled from 0.5in aluminium before cutting with a band saw. This versatile clamp can hold workpieces ranging from 1/8" to 1" in thickness. Feel free to construct, showcase, and share your results!
