Quick Release Tripod Plate

I picked up a tripod from the local Goodwill store, but to my surprise, it was missing a crucial component - the quick release bracket. The brand of this tripod is Ambico, while I own a Velbon 5000. After inspecting the missing adapter, I noticed that its shape matched perfectly with the one on my Velbon, so I decided to create a custom replacement using 3D printing. Print Settings Printer: M3D Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: Medium Infill: Medium Notes: You don't need to adjust settings higher than this - it's incredibly strong with PLA material. Post-Printing Designing the Replacement I measured all sides carefully and began designing. In fact, I even sketched out a preliminary design on a post-it note, which I'll share later.
