This is a customizable quick release plate compatible with Manfrotto 484rc2 ball head. The OpenSCAD design allows you to change the hole placement according to your needs. Presently, it features two holes for mounting Allied/Prosilica cameras like GC-650. A photo of such a camera is available in the gallery. For non-standard cameras or other attachments, modify the OpenSCAD model file as per your requirements. To print, use the manfrotto484rc2-plate.stl file; however, it comes with pre-drilled holes for Prosilica cameras. Alternatively, load the model in OpenSCAD and create a personalized design by following the comments in the scad file. Note that a text logo is included in the model (as an experiment). To remove this, set "use_logo" to false in the OpenSCAD file. Additionally, the v3d-blender.stl file provides the logo for reference.
