Since this design draws inspiration from N1bbles impressive Quick Release (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3317013), a lot of essential information applies to this model as well. To provide you with the most important details, I'll copy/paste them here. This design was printed using PLA with the following settings: * A layer height of 0.2mm * Walls of 2.0 mm thickness (5 layers) * Top and bottom layers of 1.0 mm thickness (5 layers) * An infill density of 75% No rafts or supports were needed during printing, as long as the model is properly positioned in Cura. This design is meant to work seamlessly with M5 bolts and nuts, with an M5 15mm Long bolt being the recommended size. Since I reside in PR China and have access to a local Quick Release clamp, it wouldn't be beneficial for me to share the Taobao link. However, any clamp with a diameter of 34.9mm should work just fine. To ensure that the USB connectors fit properly, you'll need to shave off the outer casing completely. The female connector should be inserted into the hub, while the male connector is intended for wheel mount use. Refer to the provided pictures for more information. To attach the wheel hub, you'll need to disassemble the wheel base extensively. I've included a video link (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eh2kvgKWgYg) that demonstrates how to do this process, although it's in Russian and may require some interpretation. This video should still provide valuable insight into disassembling the wheel base. Once you've successfully seated and tested the connectors, I recommend gluing them in place using super glue, epoxy, or any other suitable adhesive. This will prevent them from coming loose during use and requiring additional disassembly. Due to the extremely tight tolerances, sanding is an absolute necessity for this design. Be sure to focus on smoothing out the wheel mount's edges, the part of the wheel hub B (which inserts into the Momo's wheel base), and the corners of the USB-plug holes.
