Quick release ballast (piombo sgancio rapido)

This is a quick release system for diving (freediving, spearfishing) ballast. Especially useful when you have to change the operating depth often. Print the clip and the holder ("fermo") in PETG or ABS, and the band in TPU. Fix the clip and the holder to the ballast using some short stainless/rustproof screw --- Version 4.b ---- - Modified d-ring for better resistance - Changed the angle of the slot for TPU band (now you _could_ hang it on the buoy using the TPU band...) - added better grip to the TPU band (and a fancy little fish silhouette on it)
