Quick printing ear saver

This is an ear saver designed to hook mask straps on the back of your head and relieve pressure on your ears. It also helps improve the fit of homemade masks by tightening the straps. I printed a popular ear-saver design and was dissatisfied with its fit on my printer bed. I felt it wasted excess material, too. To address these issues, I created a revised model that prints quickly and is sturdy. The strap portion is 0.8mm thick, resulting in multiple layers of material for added strength and flexibility around your head. Print with plenty of border layers to ensure continuous lines of material along the band's length. The tabs on the strap are spaced to allow for efficient nesting on the print bed. This enables you to fit 16 ear savers on a single Ender 3 print bed, taking only about three hours to complete and using approximately 2.5g of material per part. PETG works well, but other materials may also be suitable options.
