This custom box is perfectly aligned with the standard stacking screw and tool boxes, however, I've taken an unconventional approach by utilizing a grid consisting of 1.6 millimeter bars instead of a solid foundation. The dimensions of each bar are such that two can fit along a perimeter measuring 0.4 millimeters when extruded from a 0.3 mm nozzle, which significantly reduces the overall printing time (approximately one hour is required for the complete model with a layer height of 0.3 mm).\nA small insert of card or paper with dimensions of 195 mm by 95 mm is required to be placed into the base prior to use.\nThe SCAD file is available if you wish to customize it further...
