Just a quick test I whipped up to ensure printer settings are compatible with printing this thread before moving forward on anything larger. Test X-Y-tolerances are also included. This design can be easily truncated at a desired height for shimming any modification you have in mind. I didn't originally plan to share it, but just in case anyone needs something like this.
