Quick little vacuum former nozzle for mini shop vacuum

This mini vacuum nozzle was hastily assembled for some small-scale vacuum forming experiments. Designed for use with a compact shopvac, it incorporates an electronic perfboard stage for optimal airflow and leverages a hot air rework gun as the heat source. A thin sheet of styrene is used as the forming material. Although its capacity is severely limited, this nozzle proved itself useful in crafting custom LED/photodiode sensors with precisely fitting blinds. Be advised that the design includes various support structures which must be carefully removed before use.
