Quick-fit J-head extruder to universal

Create a small adapter to fit the hole made for J-head extruders; this will allow you to use your original extruder. Based on dimensions found at http://reprap.org/wiki/File:Jhn_nozzle_holder_v5_metric.jpg, adjust the files accordingly (currently 11mm in length). Once printed, simply install and enjoy hassle-free operation. Note that jhead2.stl includes a top cylinder, but it may not print smoothly as it extends beyond the main body.
