Quick-Fit Arcol v4 Plate

I printed the Quick-Fit X-carriage (available at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:19590), and I'm quite satisfied with its performance for my jHeads. However, it doesn't work as well with my Arcol v4 Hotend. To fix this issue, I designed a draft adapter plate that isn't perfect but gets the job done. To use it, simply print and install the plate.
