Quick Disconnect Keychain / other uses

I created this design as a compact keychain, but you can easily scale it up for use as a quick release mechanism in various applications. The release button is cleverly integrated into the body, ensuring that accidental disconnections won't occur. Initially, the connection between the parts will be quite firm, but it will gradually become smoother with repeated insertions and removals. To further enhance the smoothness of the engagement, I've applied a thin layer of PTFE lubricant to both parts. However, this step is entirely optional and can be omitted if desired. Measuring 39.5mm in length, 15.3mm in width, and 6.5mm in height when both parts are connected, this keychain design is smaller than it appears. To accommodate different uses, I've included two sizes: the "SMALL" parts are ideal for standard keychains, while the larger parts can be used for other purposes. Printing each of these designs takes less than 10 minutes, making them quick and easy to produce.
