I'm absolutely captivated by DRAGONATOR's Toilet Paper Holder design. It's a masterclass in thoughtful engineering. The innovative use of special cylinders that don't require support material was a groundbreaking idea. This set of models tackles several issues effectively. Each piece is meticulously rotated for optimal printing, and all components are centered on the build plate. I've also included a long pin model to replace traditional 30mm screws, making assembly easier than ever. Additionally, extra models have been added to enable two parts to be printed in one go. Print Settings: Rafts: No Supports: No Notes: I highly recommend... Filament = PLA 1.75mm Temp = 200/60 Infill = 0.2 Shells = 2 FeedRate = 50/50 No Raft/Support: SideLeft = 5.5 hours, approximately 25 meters filament SideRight = 5.5 hours, approximately 25 meters filament Lid = 4.5 hours, about 19 meters of filament LidPin = 0.2 hours, about 0.5 meters of filament Pin = 0.5 hours, about 1.5 meters of filament FeedRate = 30/30 No Raft/support: LongPin = 0.5 hours, approximately 1.2 meters filament If you experience trouble printing the long pins, I suggest a slower speed and using a raft. Most people I've spoken to advise that the lid isn't necessary; however, in retrospect, it helps keep the tp in place. You might consider placing a weight on top of it for added stability. Post-Printing: As Wutubehd mentioned below, the pins holding the roll have an offset hole. When assembling, position this hole towards the higher side. After printing is complete, use the long pins to secure the larger pins in place. The long pins are intentionally snug-fitting; gently push them into position with your finger, then cover with a piece of wood and tap it firmly with a hammer for a secure fit.
