Quick Change Sanding Blocks

<p>This is a quick change sanding block I designed. To use this tool:</p><ul><li>cut the sand paper to the length described below</li><li>place the bottom of the sanding block on the center of the sand paper</li><li>wrap the edges of the sand paper up sides and around the top round edges</li><li>press the tensioning block down from above, this will snap into place and tension the sand paper</li></ul><p>To replace the sand paper:</p><ul><li>Slide the tensioning block out sideways</li></ul><p>These are 3.7" long in order to use a standard 3.7" x 9" precut sand paper piece. Paper cut length for the 2" wide block is 4.5" (half sheet), cut length for the 1" block is 3.5".</p><p>This can be printed with an 0.6mm nozzle, however I recommend a 0.4mm nozzle.</p>
