Quick Change Parametric Tap Handles
thingiverse
Inspired (but not really using anything from) the tap handle insert this was remixed from, this approach uses friction fit tap handles that you can add a logo or words to. Included is an almost entirely constrained fusion 360 file that you can just open and change to change the words. Improvements over the previous design: 1. Uses roughly 1/10th of the amount of filament. 2. Prints a vertical tap handle, so you can fit them side-by-side. 3. Prints without supports. 4. The tap can screw in. I printed them in two color with a single filament change. Its *extremely likely* that the screw will not work right for you. That's what the scad file is for. Test it out and expand/contract the screw size to fit whatever size hole your printer produces. I also highly recommend buying a 3/8"-16 tap to cut out any drips/excess material to make threads absolutely perfect. Buying brass inserts is fairly silly. This is not a high load application and the plastic will last nearly forever under normal use.
