When changing filaments, I often struggle getting the filament into the tiny opening at the back of my Replicator 2. By the time I manage to thread the filament, the print head has cooled down significantly, slowing down the change process. To simplify the task, I designed and built a quick-change easy filament guide. This innovative tool allows for dual tubes, enabling you to mount a filament tube on either side of your printer. The guide is held firmly in place by a small zip tie attached to your Replicator 2. The filament guide functions like a funnel, with a wide opening at the bottom leading directly into the tube. This clever design makes filament changes faster and more convenient.
