This design is based on "tomlombardi," which can be found at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:14747. If you're willing to put in more work like "MakeALot" (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:18074), you might achieve up to 40mm+ on the X with a standard TOM carriage. However, this is not yet complete and needs further development. The creator plans to upload additional files for a wider plate by Monday or Tuesday. They've also included a zip file with all the STL and Sketchup files, but there's no 693 bearings option since free Sketchup isn't optimal. For a narrow carriage, you'll need to print Narrow Slim body.stl (x1), Narrow Slim body clamp.stl (x1), and Narrow Belt Clamp.stl (x1). You'll also require hardware: 2 x 3mm x 16mm, 2 x 3mm x 22mm, and 2 or 4 "x" bushings depending on the reworked carriage design. For a standard ABP, you'll need to print Narrow ABP_Back.stl (x1), Narrow ABP_front.stl (x1), Narrow inner_left_side.stl (x1), Narrow_inner_Right_side.stl (x1), and Narrow_outer_side.stl (x2). The necessary hardware includes 4 x 3mm x 16mm, and 12 x 3mm x 10mm along with 16 x 3mm nuts. For a standard HBP, you'll require Narrow HBP_Back.stl (x1), Narrow HBP_front.stl (x1), Narrow inner_left_side.stl (x1), Narrow_inner_Right_side.stl (x1), and Narrow_outer_side.stl (x2). The hardware needed includes 12 x 3mm x 10, 12 x 3mm nuts. These are for standard build platforms. Keep hacking happily!
