I'm so glad I was able to find this design again because it's truly exceptional. Unfortunately, it took me some time to locate it since it seemed to have vanished from here. This particular design prints at an impressive rate of 6500mm/min with a layer thickness of 0.3 mm, no infill, and takes approximately 30-35 minutes to complete. What's more, the setup is seamless and works flawlessly. I'm hoping to boost our production capacity significantly with this design. The only modification I made to the original was flattening the belt attachments to minimize the risk of failed prints and reducing the overall height from 12 mm to a more manageable 8 mm. One thing to keep in mind is that achieving a thin first layer might be challenging due to the 0.4 mm gap for the shield, which can cause it to stick even without a very small nozzle-surface distance.
