Create 12 body rings by printing each component in the zip file using multiply in your slicing profile. For a perfect fit, tweak the profile and print two additional body rings. All parts print without support and have a tolerance of .2mm for intersecting parts. Use a non-default slicing profile and set layer height to .2mm, 2 shells, and 20% infill. Assemble the handle by stacking the body rings and attaching the top section with glue. For a clean finish, use acetone to join the outer sheath from inside. Insert a 1-inch acrylic rod into the polished end of the handle, tape a BlinkM light with electrical tape to illuminate it in different colors, and attach two button cell batteries for power. Add electrical tape as a spacer for a snug fit between the blade and saber. Finally, slide the body section together, and you can even use spray foam and paint to create a "melting" effect on objects like walls or doors.
