Instructions: 1) Print all parts. small parts such as gears can be printed at 100% infil and 0.1 layer height. The rest can be printed at 20% infil and at 0.2 layer height. Print the strap twice at 100% infil 0.2 layer height 2)Place the peg so that its tip is vertical. 3)Slide the adjustment compartment all the way down the peg. Make sure it is facing upwards. 4)Slide the wide gear down the peg until you can't anymore, and super glue it on (required). 5)Place that aside and place the base vertically. Insert the spur gear into the center. 6)Place both straps so that the teeth are on oposite sides. Now place the straps so that the gear is in the hole in-between the two straps. 7)Slot the lock compartment onto the base into the 4 slots. 8)Combine the peg and the base which both should now be assembled, and take 4 zip ties and thread them through the 4 holes in the mechanism. but it through the holes of the headstrap and tighten it, leaving you a working headstrap. 9)After suffering with removing supports on the strap adaptors, you should be able to slide the straps on and attach the whole thing to your oculus. 10)Gasp as you hopefully succeded my awful instructions.
