Quest 2 Bionik Mantis Adapter

Quest 2 Bionik Mantis Adapter

The Bionik Mantis Headphone fits already on the Quest 2 but the connection does not seem to be very durable and and black parts of the headphones are very bulky. So I tried to disassemble the headphones and it was pretty easy. The black boxes are connected to the headphones with three little screws and can simply be unassembled. I designed a smaller adapter to screw the headphones onto, which fits onto the elite strap. It also includes a cable holder. For support I added a little plate on the bottom of the adapter which can easily be removed after printing. The adapter sits very tight onto the strap and it takes some force to bring it on. Looking forward to feedback for my first upload to thingiverse :) Update: Added a new Model without the extra support. I guess using a Brim should also work fine.
