The critical component that takes the brunt of impact for our RC car's suspension is undoubtedly the front lower suspension arm. Below you'll find two images - the second showcases a broken original piece alongside two prototype prints crafted from sintered plastic in white and printed on a RepRap in yellow. Both the prints and files you see here are courtesy of our initial design, but an upgraded version with optimized hole sizes and reduced material usage in the block is soon to follow.
