Queen Building
thingiverse
The two corporate towers that dominate the Atlanta skyline are completed. Located near Perimeter Mall, they stand out due to their sleek white lattice tops that mirror the classic design of chess pieces. Locals refer to them as the "King and Queen" buildings because of this distinct characteristic. Corporate Center VI has a squared-off appearance reminiscent of royalty on its east side near 400, with a total height reaching 570 feet up to the tip. A round shape, often associated with femininity, marks Corporate Center V, which can be seen sitting immediately adjacent. Reaching heights of 553 feet including the pointed spire, these structures serve as a testament to engineering excellence within the metro Atlanta region, taking pride as the 14th and 17th highest in terms of structural elevation in the area that includes the prestigious Atlantic tower. In comparison with nearby skyscrapers, Park Towers II and I stand out for being genuine high-rise buildings at a total height of more than 330 feet, only outdone by Three Ravinia Drive located just north.
