Tired of dealing with a sagging X axis and finding that the pulley mod only offers limited help. Remixed Stephanburger parts to create a mirror image, ensuring correct alignment, and modified them so the idle pully screw now faces towards the back. A significant improvement in quality is immediately noticeable! Achieved this by using 0.05 mm layers with a 0.25 mm hot end. Successfully printed 20 thin lithopanes without encountering any issues. Note that to take full advantage of this mod, it's essential to relocate the existing Y axis motor to the center of the base and also move the belt along with it. This will not only improve print quality but also eliminate the "sideways jerk" issue common in this printer design. Another user had previously suggested this idea, so feel free to chime in if you remember any details. My platform is now built using aluminum due to the original fiber board warping excessively. Initially tried printing a replacement part but it wasn't straight enough for my needs.
