Get a fan shroud at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:359679 printed out right now! When it's all set, use a utility knife or any cutting tool to carefully cut the plastic to make it easy to slide onto the stepper motor next. From there, hook it up with tabs on the opposite side of the gantry - keep in mind those tabs are placed off-center for your benefit! To make sure it doesn't come loose, I suggest gluing a fan shroud firmly onto the stepper motor and another spot at the mount to hold things securely.
