Quaxly is the Water-type Starter Pokemon for Pokemon Scarlet and Violet and is described as an "earnest and tidy Duckling Pokemon." It looks like a small white duck with a yellow beak, but with light blue (leaning toward cyan) feet. Quaxly's eyes are blue, and its light blue feathers atop its head look like a hat with a white symbol that could resemble the letter W, waves, or wings. Quaxly's Ability, Torrent, is exclusive to Water-type Starter Pokemon and their evolutions. It powers up Water-type moves when the Pokemon's HP is low.
