Quartz Infra Red Heater

This is a 124mm x 62.5mm quartz infra red heater. The body is 22.5mm thick and the total thickness with the electrical mounting on the back is 59mm. This is a 250W unit with the built in thermocouple (two wire on the back).The model was made in Solidworks from the data sheet provided on most websites that sell this size (a google search will show these up). The wires on the back were modelled straight and then bent with a feature in Solidworks, so if you load the model in Solidworks you should be able to unbend them to your design.Included also is the .STL file in case you need to import into blender for rendering or something (do not use the .STL for printing, this is a real model and not a print freindly structure).
