Create a home for your crystal birds by mounting this easy-to-assemble birdhouse on your 3D printer. Though it may attract a penguin instead of a hummingbird, simply print and fasten to a tree to entice feathered friends. Printed in clear PLA on a Replicator without support, the birdhouse requires extruder temperature of 205 degrees Celsius, layer height of 0.3mm, two shells, 10% infill, and a speed of 100mm/s while extruding and 150mm/s travel on an unheated platform. Two versions of the STL are available, with one featuring a small door for easier printing; simply cut out the door with a knife. The OpenSCAD file is also included to create your custom birdhouse design.
