Quarter Tower
thingiverse
Player 1 starts the classic Drinking game Quarters by launching a bounce shoot with the quarter, aiming to land it in the tower. The stakes are high, as three possible outcomes can occur. Player 1 might miss and the quarter passes clockwise to players 2 and the game begins again. On the other hand, if the quarter bounces into the castle and rolls randomly to any player, the lucky recipient has to stop the rolling quarter by its edge alone. Touching the sides is a definite no-go - failure to halt the roll results in an unwanted drinking bout for the hapless player. But what about success? The clever player gets another shot, courtesy of a made return launch from behind the top of the tower's ledge, as the other players must now hold back. A slight change occurs if he misses the follow-up attempt; the quarter proceeds to Player 3, starting the game once more. Just once every hundred attempts does the outcome get much uglier for everyone involved, though. In a most rarefied twist of fortune - a roll landing exactly in the "+" slot - a universal penalty ensues as The "Castle is Sacked," compelling every player left standing to swallow the dregs of their drinks altogether!
