quarter inch hex driver bit adapter thingy
thingiverse
I needed to drive something with a 1/4 inch hex bit. Alas, I couldn't locate one anywhere. Okay, making one is relatively easy, but it seemed like such a fundamental item, and being lazy... So here's a generic shape with a hole for a quarter inch hex driver bit so you don't have to make one. Drop it into your project, attach it to whatever you'd like, and drive away. My print fit snugly, I had to tap it on gently. It feels secure and unlikely to come loose easily. This shape should be standard in 123d. Maybe it's in the handtools library, but 123d kept crashing when I tried to select it. I've added a hex shaft for your convenience. Enjoy!
