Quarter Dispenser

I merged two coin dispensers to create a compact, portable solution that dispenses one quarter at a time. I combined the cap and threads from "Quarter Holder/Dispenser with Travel Ring by derailed" with the vending mechanism from "Coin Dispenser / Changer by jsc". The original dispensing arm was prone to breaking, so I designed a new, reinforced arm to replace it.
