Combined a few designs - I needed to pour a quart bottle of gear oil into a differential; this made things a lot easier! A zip tie around the tubing keeps everything in place nicely. If you have a leak, try a garden hose gasket - worked great for me. You can also take a Mobil 1 gear oil bottle, cut off the bottom, flip it upside down with this and have a funnel with a hose on the end. Printed in PLA on an Ender 3 Pro, tree supports. Came out great.
