The PEPAKURA file was sourced from Mass Effect 3 and made accessible on the RPF website: https://www.therpf.com/forums/threads/mass-effect-pepakura-file-archive-check-for-regular-updates.186674/. I had spent nearly a week searching for this particular model before finally discovering that I could extract it from the PDO. Credit goes to the original discoverers who found it hidden within Mass Effect 3's game files and made it available in PDO - I had looked extensively, even extracting all the game models, but was unable to locate it myself. I'm planning on printing it soon and hopefully will be able to provide more detailed information then.
