Unfortunately spare parts for the Quanum Venture are not readily available. On the bright side, the replacement motor mount and landing struts have already been published here. After crashing my Quanum Venture severely, I broke almost every part made of plastic. To improve this arm holder's strength in areas damaged during the crash, I strengthened it by about 10g compared to the original, using 100% infill at a density setting. I printed this using Cura 3.4 and a Malyan P150 with PLA filament as my material of choice. The print settings were 100% infill, 1.2mm wall thickness, and support from the plate was necessary. Future updates include creating spare or redesigned parts for the Venture, such as a new canopy (cockpit), rear top shell with GPS mount, and bottom half (chassis). Additional notes: * The camera cube needs modification to fit this arm holder. I found that the material cannot handle much torque, so the nobs tear off without an additional rim at the base. * Be cautious when scraping off supports laid by the printer. * The opening for the main beam is 10x10mm, but with my Venture, the profile is 10x10 on one end and 10x9 on the other. To compensate, I added a second screw hole to allow it to be fixed at right angles even if the beam is not perfectly aligned. * Some support may be needed while printing, so finishing afterwards is required... * A drill is necessary to open the holes to the correct diameter. p.s. Since I'm not an expert in 3D design, I used TinkerCad for this project.
