Quanum V1 Goggles wiring cover
thingiverse
Simple cover, to conceal the cables on the Quanmun v1 Goggles. The video receiver mounts neatly to it. A rectangular opening on one side accommodates a power switch. I used a 16x8mm switch (the sketch file is included if you need to modify anything). The hole at the top allows for the power cable, and mounting the battery at the back of the headstrap balances it nicely. To attach it to the goggles, I pressed it into place so that the pins and tab on the edge marked the brim of the goggles. Then, using a suitably sized drill bit by hand, I opened up the holes and cut the rectangular tab with an exacto blade. The bottom side (with pins) is hot glued to the goggles' brim. The top side (with rectangular tab) simply slots in once the cables have been connected and tucked away. The video receiver is attached with double-sided tape. The head-strap buckles and mounting tabs are also included, featuring 4mm holes.
